How much does it cost?
Everything is free to use right now. We plan to introduce paid plans in the future, so it is a good moment to try the full feature set.
What appears on the public profile page?
Your public profile can show your name, role, company, short bio, links, and contact details based on what you have filled in.
Can I create multiple profiles under one account?
One profile per account at the moment. If you have multiple roles, we recommend focusing the profile on your primary activity.
What happens when I make my profile private?
The public URL remains the same, but visitors will see a message explaining that the profile is currently private.
What languages are supported?
Japanese and English. Public profiles automatically follow the visitor's preferred language settings.
Are there limits on image uploads?
Profile images, cover images, and company logos are limited to 2 MB each. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF formats are all supported.
What is included in the business card PNG download?
Only the items enabled in the business card settings are included, such as profile photo, company logo, title, and social links.
What format is the PDF business card export?
The PDF is exported at the standard Japanese business card size (91 × 55 mm, landscape). Text and shapes are kept as vectors, so the file remains crisp for print and large-screen display.
What links can I add to my public profile?
Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, LINE, and other major social services are available as presets. Anything else can be added through the generic link option.
Can I change my public ID anytime?
You can change it up to three times normally. After that, changes become restricted for an extended period, so choose with care.
